Web based Technical Support * Services Engineer - Linux * UNIX Cambridge to 20k plus Shift Allowance
The Web based Technical Support * Services Engineer will provide a high quality UNIX based technical support to our clients customers
and partners. Predominantly email and phone based support, you will identify problems and follow through to closure. This role will suit a
graduate who has a high standard in UNIX ( Linux,Solaris, HP*UX) with a good understanding of Web servers, Apache*iPlanet*IIS*Zeus
networking. Familiarity with scripting languages Perl*PHP*CGI and a background in internet and hosting technologies is desirable.
Excellent training and career progression with good company benefits.
Based in Cambridge. Salary to 20k plus Shift allowance with some unsociable hours
